Use a strainer to pour the drink over fresh ice into your. Fill glasses and garnish with lime wheel slices. Prepare glasses, by moistening rims with lime slice and dip in plate of sugar. Coat: Turn the glass upside down and dip into the chili powder/salt mixture, twisting it so that the rim of the glass is coated. Add mango flesh, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and ice cubes to the jug of a small blender. Dip the rim of the glass in the chilli salt mixture. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a 250ml glass tumbler. Shake for 5-10 seconds until the shaker is frosted.
